Job Type: Full-time; 3 Days In Office

Salary Range: $64,500.00 - $70,000.00 (On Target Earning)

The Opportunity

The People Operations Administrator will be responsible for data analytics and administrative support across a variety of HR functions. This includes building dashboards, analyzing trends, and presenting data-driven insights. In addition, the role will provide support in day-to-day HR administration, including payroll processing, benefits management, and file auditing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a background in HR data systems, and experience supporting HRIS tools such as Workday or Rippling.

The Daily To-Do

HR Administration & Support:

  • Payroll Processing: Assist in the accurate processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees.
  • Benefits & 401k Administration: Support the management and administration of employee benefits programs, including 401(k), health insurance, and other perks. Assist with open enrollment and regular employee inquiries.
  • File Management & Auditing: Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • HRIS Support: Provide administrative support in the maintenance and configuration of the HRIS (Workday, Rippling, or similar systems). Assist with troubleshooting and supporting end users.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain HR dashboards to track key people metrics, including headcount, attrition, retention, and other critical KPIs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Leverage data to support decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Reporting: Create complex formulas, pivot tables, and automated reports to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Presentation of Findings: Prepare concise, visual presentations of key data insights for senior leadership, highlighting actionable recommendations and trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with other teams (Finance, IT, Business Ops) to streamline HR processes and ensure seamless communication.
  • Assist in special projects and process improvements as needed by the HR leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR support role with a strong focus on data analytics.
    • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Rippling, Workday, ADP, etc.), including configuration and reporting.
    • Strong background in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analytics tools. Proficiency in building complex formulas, pivot tables, and automated reports.
  • Skills:
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing and presenting data insights.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
