- Oversee and manage the People Operations team, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Support employee relations efforts, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and applicable labor laws.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience implementing employee engagement or organizational development programs is a plus.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
