As a Working Student in People & Office you will get the chance to help us recruit new team members, establish and improve internal processes, foster the development of employees and support on various business topics. You will gain insights to the day-to-day work of our internal operations team while getting the chance to make an impact from day one.
Your Tasks
- Assist in various daily activities ranging from administrative topics to strategic initiatives
- Help us grow the team by drafting and spreading job posts, screening applications, sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews
- Execute and improve internal processes, such as the on- and off-boarding of employees or the development cycle
- Take part in the organization of team events, trainings, townhall meetings and other internal events
- Help keep our office in a great shape and make sure it is functional, inspiring and a nice place to work
- Support on various other internal business topics, such finance, business development and more
Your Profile
- You speak English & German fluently
- You care about the human side of work and want to make an impact
- You have an independent working mentality, proactive attitude and pay attention to details
- You are looking for a high-paced, office-based work environment
- You are enrolled in a business-related study program at a German university for min. 2 more semesters
- You are based in Berlin and have a EU working permit
