As an HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate experience, and employer branding while supporting key HR initiatives that drive Yuno’s expansion and culture.

🟣 Your challenge at Yuno

• Support the recruitment process by managing and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Support on sourcing candidates and helping building pipeline for key positions

• Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Assist in developing and implementing Recruiting Best Practices and process improvements.

• Help plan recruitment and employer branding events, including career fairs, campus visits, and networking meetups.

• Collaborate with the HR team to prepare candidate pipeline reports and contribute to data-driven insights.

• Participate in cross-functional projects with People, Operations, and Talent teams to enhance the candidate experience and strengthen Yuno’s employer brand.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Passionate about recruiting, people operations, and organizational culture.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Collaborative and adaptable — thrives in a startup culture.

• Comfortable working with data and HR systems (bonus if familiar with ATS tools).
