Job Description

To support our continued growth and expansion, we are thrilled to be seeking a People Integration & Strategic Projects Associate to join our dynamic team!

As a People Integration & Strategic Projects Associate, you will play a dual role within the People function:

  • supporting key strategic HR projects and transformation initiatives
  • contributing to M&A related people integration, culture development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives

This is a strategic assistant role designed for someone who wants to work closely with senior HR leadership and gain exposure to high-impact initiatives across the Ergomed Group. You will support and enable strategic projects, helping translate direction into structured actions, insights, and deliverables, while collaborating with stakeholders across HR.

You will also play a key role in integrating newly acquired companies, with a strong emphasis on cultural alignment, people development, and organizational effectiveness, using people and HR process integration as a foundation for broader HR transformation that strengthens how we operate and support the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who has experienced integration from the inside and who is motivated to shape future-ready HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Support

  • Support the delivery of key strategic HR initiatives and priorities, in close collaboration with the Chief People Officer
  • Prepare high-quality materials to support decision-making (presentations, summaries, analysis, talking points)
  • Track progress of key initiatives and ensure visibility and alignment across stakeholders
  • Support coordination and follow-ups across strategic projects (without owning full project management responsibility)

People Integration

  • Support People integration activities following acquisitions, with a focus on cultural alignment and employee experience
  • Assist in mapping and aligning HR processes, policies, and practices across entities
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and operational teams to enable smooth employee transitions

Culture & Organizational Development

  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, engagement, and ways of working
  • Support cultural diagnostics and development of targeted action plans.
  • Support development of clear, structured, and engaging communication materials

Systems, Data & Insights

  • Support People data alignment and system harmonization activities
  • Contribute to reporting, insights, and analysis to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation and outputs

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Up to 3 years of HR experience
  • Exposure to M&A or post-merger integration is an advantage (time spent in an organization that went through an acquisition or merger)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance, development and offboarding)
  • Experience working in international and multi-entity environments
  • Experience in organizational culture, transformation, and change enablement is highly desirable
