What will you contribute?
Maintain and enhance Workday reporting functionality, dashboards, and data quality in line to business demands
Ensure the smooth uptake of new Workday functionalities in partnership with the People Technology team
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) in People Analytics for Workday reward and recognition processes
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Workday Reporting Functionality: Manage and develop Workday reports and data to meet business needs.
Workday Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Support New Workday Rollouts: Assist in the rollout of new Workday functionalities and policy implementations, working with HRIS to ensure data, reports and dashboards are in alignment.
Uptake of New Workday Functionality: Ensure the organization effectively adopts new Workday features and updates.
Reward and Recognition SPOC: Work with the Performance and Reward process owners, advising on reporting and Workday related functionality. Serve as the primary contact within the People Analytics team for reward, recognition and performance management processes.
Ad-hoc Reporting and Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required including management of the people analytics mailbox and service now requests.
Data Quality Reviews: Perform regular data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of data, raising any risks to the People Analytics Lead
Data Audit & Management: Conduct thorough data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
Required Experience:Proven experience with Workday data management, reporting and dashboard creation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a HR function
Familiarity with reward, recognition and performance management processes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Certification in Workday or related fields is a plus
