The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Our Moloco team in India is divided between Gurgaon (Sales) and Bangalore (Engineering) and has been steadily growing throughout 2024 and we are anticipating further growth as we head into 2025.
To support this growing team, it has become a focus for us to hire our first People Generalist, based in Bangalore. During this crucial phase of establishing our offices, we seek an individual who will play a pivotal role in addressing workplace needs, cultivating a positive local culture, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Travel to Gurgaon will be required to support the team in Gurgaon.
The Opportunity:
Manager Coaching
- Coach and develop managers on employee performance improvement plans and conducting performance reviews.
- Provide support and guidance to managers on performance management principles and processes.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Offer day-to-day support and advice to employees and managers on performance improvement.
- Address employee queries and concerns, facilitating conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Partner with legal where required and lead offboarding experience for exiting employees
- Conduct all exit interviews to gather insights for continuous improvement.
Program Management Support
- Assist in supporting specialist programs such as Immigration, Global Mobility, Contingent Workforce, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Recognition - and others where necessary.
- Support the implementation and administration of performance and compensation review programs.
- Project manage the performance review processes and provide support to managers and employees.
Organizational Development
- Support change management initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of training programs and track their effectiveness.
Monitor & Metrics
- Monitor and track metrics, providing regular reports to leaders & People Partners.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for People Partners and leadership teams to provide insights and recommended actions.
- Utilize people metrics to guide talent management decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrate aptitude in gathering and utilizing data for business insights.
Workplace Experience
- Responsible for daily workplace operations across both India office locations. Including but not limited to:
- Manage office facilities and equipment, coordinating with our office vendors for any repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company.
- Organize and execute company events and activities, fostering team building and employee engagement
- Manage office food and beverage program
- Moloco Culture Champion facilitating experiences inside our offices to encourage collaboration and connection.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- Proven experience working on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proven experience in coaching and developing managers.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Excellent conflict resolution and investigative skills.
- Experience in supporting HR programs and initiatives.
- Demonstrates knowledge and expertise of day-to-day fundamental office operational tasks, processes, and schedules
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to generate and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience is required
- Ability to think big, create a vision, get buy-in on the vision, and then execute.
- Passion for building new people programs and identifying opportunities to enhance existing ones.
- Effective interpersonal communication with a passion to collaborate, leverage, and share best practices.
- Individually driven and can work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye to make processes more efficient.
