What you'll do:

  • Project Management Excellence: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global and complex employee experience projects, ensuring they meet objectives on time and within budget
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and employee feedback and data to continuously monitor and enhance employee engagement
  • Process Implementation: Develop and streamline processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of employee experience programs
  • Collaborative Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement employee experience programs that align with organizational goals 
  • Employee Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and providing solutions to enhance their workplace experience
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee experience, using insights to drive project innovation

What you have:

  • Minimum of 3 years in project management in employee experience within a global tech company
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing complex processes and programs that enhance employee engagement
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced data analytics skills to support decision-making and measure the success of initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Strategic thinker capable of aligning projects with business objectives and employee needs
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and levels
