What You Will Achieve
You'll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. The PX Sr Associate will act as a dedicated and single HR Operations contact to support PX responsibilities for colleagues across the NOLA region, with deeper scope and focus on Ecuador & Colombia. Will support business needs and support execution to achieve outcomes related to internal and external audits/government requirements coordination, personal administration local activities, PX policy management and others. Will work closely with the PX Business partners in order to have the alignment, guidance and direction needed to support the business as well as partner closely with the PX COEs and the GBS organization to deliver one integrated PX solution.
As a PX Analyst, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the PX team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
- Serve as the key point of contact between PX, GBS, Payroll and key vendors for the management, coordination, and operational handling of documents/processes related to these areas.
- Manage and support policy administration and audit-related processes, leveraging local NOLA market knowledge to ensure alignment with applicable requirements and operational needs.
- PX Budget administration support.
- Be the PX support for labor authorities or inspectors during audits
- Ensure that HR policies are duly updated, loaded into portal and communicated.
- Manage and coordinate work contract addendums and related personnel administration vendor activities, ensuring this scope is carried out in close collaboration with the Personnel Administration team.
- Own and provide Workday data management support, including data correction requests, change requests, and EIB mass uploads, ensuring that system data updates and large-scale data maintenance activities are managed as part of this role's scope.
- Support PCS quality control, escalations, implementations, and local Fuse portal content management.
- Work closely with the Key stakeholders across the Px function to support the implementation of Px and business initiatives as well as creating an informal Px network that seeks to make it easier to get things done in PX.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or similar field
- 1 or 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Advance in English
- Knowledge in payroll operations
- High technical aptitude; quickly learns new skills
- Knowledge of policy development, local labor legal requirements, and local HR policies in Colombia and Ecuador.
- Strong relationship management skills, ability to collaborate with people at all levels throughout the organization.
- Team oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to deliver actionable insights that drive decisions.
- Performs well in an environment with competing priorities and multiple projects.
- Demonstrated HR Operations experience in a matrix team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft software for office productivity
