We are seeking People Experience Executive to join our People Experience (PE) team. You will support and assist in all people matters for Macau, covering day-to-day HR operations. Coordinate with internal and external parties driving people-centricity, work closely with PE Partners and Work Experience (WE) team, champion best practices, and deliver quality HR services to the workforce.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
HR Operations:
- Support HR operations, such as ongoing Employee Data Management (EDM) and people engagement initiatives
- Assist with invoice administration and related processes, such as part-time payroll and new hire background check/ assessment fees
- Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding tasks and documents (welcome gift, Macau Identity Card, fingerprint etc.)
- Merchandise On Loan (MOL) (raise request, get approval, and prepare to undertake letters)
- Issue company letters (for status changes, terminations etc.) and coordinate collection for departed employee reference letters
- Replying to letters/requests from the Government (Macau Labour Department / Social Security Fund)
- Work Injury administration and work closely with the Work Experience Team to reinforce health and safety to employees
- Work Visa and Consultancy Agreement data and information handling
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Assist in other HR-related ad hoc projects as assigned
Employee Engagement:
- Provide professional advice and follow through with employees’ inquiries
- Foster a close relationship with employees through regular meetings and effective communications.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, an implementation of employee engagement activities and events
Others:
- Work on regular reports and analysis to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure data integrity.
- Identify departmental areas of improvement and come up with improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Workplace Experience Team to upkeep health & safety in the workplace.
- Assume any other projects/assignments required by the supervisor.
What you will bring:
- HR Expertise: Degree in HR or related field with multinational HR generalist experience; luxury retail exposure preferred.
- Proactive & Adaptable: Self-driven, agile multitasker with strong problem-solving, numerical acumen, and change resilience.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; familiarity with Macau labor laws and Chinese typing (advantageous).
- Detail-Oriented Analyst: Analytical mindset with meticulous follow-through and systematic approach to complex tasks.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent written/spoken English; thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
