This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the employee experience across the entire lifecycle – from attraction and onboarding to engagement, recognition, development and farewell.
You’ll coordinate engagement activities, celebrations and awareness events throughout the year, support employee listening initiatives, manage engagement platforms, and create engaging internal communications that bring our culture to life.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, creative, and passionate about workplace culture, with strong communication skills and great attention to detail.
This position is full time from 8am to 5pm, working from our office in Wootton, Bedfordshire, MK43 9EJ.

What you’ll be doing
Supporting initiatives that enhance the employee experience at every stage of the teammate journey.
Helping to create a vibrant and engaging workplace culture where colleagues feel valued and recognised.
Coordinating engagement activities, celebrations and awareness events throughout the year.
Managing and promoting employee initiatives through blogs, internal communications and engagement platforms.
Supporting our Teammate Voice Forum and wellbeing initiatives, including Mental Health First Aiders.
Assisting with the management and promotion of our Copart Rewards platform and employee benefits.
Producing reports, presentations and insights using HR systems and Excel.
Supporting with department administration as required.
Collaborating with teams across the business to support culture, engagement and People Team projects.
What we’re looking for
Experience in employee engagement or employee benefits is essential.
Working knowledge of reward & engagement platforms (preferably Reward Gateway).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently with colleagues at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for producing engaging content and initiatives.
Confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Passion for employee wellbeing, engagement and workplace culture.
Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook).
