- Assist with expense management, invoice processing, and reimbursement administration.
- Coordinate with bank representatives for employee account opening and related documentation.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain HR letters and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Respond to routine employee queries and provide administrative support to the People Experience team.
- Support HR audits by organizing and maintaining required documentation.
- Perform other day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- ACCA background preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in HR Operations.
