About the role:
As a Specialist, People Data and Payroll Administration you will be a member of People Services &Solutions Team for Small & Medium Countries, supporting employees in European countries (i.e. Czech, Slovakia, United Kingdom, Ireland) within HR Services community that provides an HR administration, pre-payroll and payroll services.
You will report to People Data and Payroll Administration Team Leader
What you'll do:

Support the team in the variety of activities connected to employee lifecycle processes.

Engage in CI initiatives & projects and their implementation as requested (including transition of HR and Payroll processes)

Process pre-payroll activities as required per country, gaining knowledge and support payroll activities

Create employment contracts and other HR documents

Maintain employee data in administrative system (Workday) and other HR/payroll systems

Secure high quality of employee data and its maintenance in all systems

Answer HR-related queries & clarify HR policies & procedures as needed

Properly use ServiceNow as ticketing tool to manage incoming queries

Direct queries to an appropriate subject matter expert or team while maintaining ownership of the cases

Deliver HR information and transactions in an accurate and timely manner

Always keep high focus on customer service and build good relations with stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Fluent English and Czech (B2 / C1)

Previous experience in an HR/payroll role or other administrative departments would be an asset
-
Previous experience in cooperation with stakeholders on various HR processes will be a strong asset

Experience in working on HR/payroll systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow) would be an asset

Strong organizational and communication skills

High attention to detail

Ability to work with confidential information

Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Word & MS Excel)

You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide. We are dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation. We employ almost 1.000 talented people with respect to diversity & inclusion.
