People & Culture Manager

Job Description
Venuee is a performance-driven digital marketing agency working with over 120 brands and managing more than THB 150M in media spend annually. We’re looking for an experienced HR to lead recruitment, people development, and organizational growth initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Management

• Design and implement full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Build and manage talent pipelines via social media, networks, and referrals
• Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen company positioning as an attractive workplace
• Refine and manage recruitment tools and interview processes aligned with company culture

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

• Act as a strategic HR partner to the management team for planning and organizational growth
• Develop and implement HR policies that support business direction
• Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes
• Analyze and report on HR metrics to support executive decision-making

Employee Relations & Labor Law

• Be the main point of contact for all employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law and other relevant regulations
• Handle grievance processes, disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment

HR Operations & Systems

• Oversee daily HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle
• Administer HR data management using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms)
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR systems and employee data

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in dynamic or creative environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
• Experience in agency, tech, or fast-paced industries preferred
• Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
