We are now looking for an experienced and business-oriented People & Culture Manager Nordics to lead our Nordic P&C function and partner with business leaders in driving organizational performance, employee engagement, and transformational change.
In this role, you will have responsibility for Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, supporting approximately 550 employees across manufacturing, sales, service, and corporate functions. You will lead a team of three P&C professionals, including payroll, and play a key role in translating business strategy into effective people solutions.
Reporting directly to the Director People & Culture EMEA, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders and an active contributor to both regional and global People & Culture initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Partnering- Partner with leaders across the Nordic organization to drive business performance through effective people strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture.
- Support business leaders through organizational growth, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and support organizational transformation initiatives across the Nordic region.
- Drive change management activities related to organizational redesign, new ways of working, and business transformation programs.
- Guide leaders and employees through change with a focus on communication, engagement, and sustainable implementation.
- Contribute to regional and global transformation projects and strategic initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Nordic People & Culture team.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous development within the team.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of all People & Culture processes and services.
- Lead union relations and collective bargaining discussions across the Nordics.
- Provide expert guidance on labor law, employee relations, investigations, and complex people matters.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the region.
- Champion a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Oversee payroll and HR administration processes together with the Nordic team.
- Ensure effective utilization of HR systems, processes, and reporting, with Workday as a key platform.
- Maintain and continuously improve local policies, procedures, and governance practices.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of broad HR experience, including substantial experience as an HR Business Partner.
- At least 3-5 years of people leadership experience.
- Strong experience leading organizational change, transformation, and restructuring initiatives.
- Solid understanding of labor law and employee relations within the Nordic region.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with trade unions and works councils.
- Experience working in an international and matrix organization.
- Strong HRIS capabilities, preferably Workday.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
