The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is looking for enthusiastic and proactive
People & Culture Intern
to join our team and gain hands-on experience in core functions of People & Culture - Talent Acquisition, Onboarding Assistance, and Employee Engagement and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team that prides in creating meaningful and world-class experiences for its employees and stakeholders.

This is a 3-month, full-time internship based out of our Hyderabad, India office (5 days a week, in-office position).
Your Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Understand job descriptions and role specifications for open positions and assist with sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules.
- Support in maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate database.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling candidate and organizational information.
Onboarding Assistance
- Prepare onboarding materials and welcome kits for new hires.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
- Support orientation sessions and documentation processes.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Support internal communications, including newsletters, engagement updates, and event announcements.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen company culture and enhance employee experience.
Requirements:
- MBA HR or MHRM from any reputed University. (Mandatory)
- Understanding of the talent acquisition cycle and onboarding processes.
- People-first approach, with a focus on employee experience and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills and drafting/writing skills.
- Proficient in Google workplace (Google- Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet, Drive)
- Experience with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other commonly used formulas.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a continuous learning attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships across teams / functions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, as part of a global team.
