About the role
At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate People and Culture Intern to provide support and clerical assistance to People & Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you will do

Perform administrative duties and answering telephones and emails according to Four Seasons standards for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Maintain and update all physical and virtual informative boards in the Heart of the House including Viva Engage posts.

Maintain and update all employee records (both electronically and hard copy files) ensuring that documentation is easily accessible and organized.

Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, scheduling interviews and processing new hire paperwork.

Assist in organizing all employee recreation activities including general meetings.

Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.

Assist with other areas of People & Culture when needed.
What you bring
-
Education: Academic education or equivalent experience.
-
Must possess excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.

Strong work ethic, confidentiality and well developed organizational skills are requirements.

Advanced computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.
