The People & Culture Business Partner team operates in strategic partnership with the business, driving the continuous evolution of people and leadership practices and fostering a culture that generates high performance teams, strengths-based coaching, and values-based leadership.

    If you were the People & Culture Generalist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Partnering with payroll vendors to manage employee data changes, validate payroll-related information, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing 
  • Playing a key role in ensuring our systems, including Workday, reflect accurate and up-to-date information
  • Partnering with the Talent Development manager to support talent activities, including induction sessions for new hires, Leadership development programs
  • Educating and coaching employees and people leaders proactively on all People & Culture related topics
  • Seeking to identify and solve the root cause of employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment, with the guidance and support of the People and Culture Business Partners
  • Supporting people leaders in writing job descriptions, ensuring consistent language that reflects our brand, values, culture, and behavioral expectations across all positions
  • Preparing offers, reports, and company letters
  • Tracking, reporting, and recommending improvements for policies and processes
  • Partner with payroll vendors to manage employee data changes, validate payroll-related information, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing 
  • Contributing to policy development and writing, and supporting communication and roll out plans to employees globally
  • Providing guidance, direction and advice to People Leaders and employees regarding employment related issues including, but not limited to, company policies & procedures, recruitment processes, performance management, and terminations
  • Collaborating with the Global/APAC P&C team and other teams within the organization to maintain a continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes
  • Leading the off-boarding process for departing employees

  • Are you our next People & Culture Generalist?

  • You have a degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent work experience in HR & Payroll
  • You 3+ years of experience in a multifaceted business-facing HR role
  • You have experience and the ability to build relationships and get up to speed quickly on needs of the business and offer solutions and best practices
  • You have solid knowledge of human resources functions, processes and procedures, including, but not have limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, total rewards, and policy development
  • You have strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills, in both Korea and English languages
  • You have the ability to multi-task with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • You exercise good judgment and consistently operate as an ambassador of the company (leading by example)
  • You have the ability to maintain confidentiality and deal appropriately with sensitive issues
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

Skills Required

  • Degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent HR work experience
  • 3+ years experience in a multifaceted business-facing HR role
  • Solid knowledge of HR functions and processes including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, total rewards, and policy development
  • Experience working with HR systems, including maintaining accurate records in Workday
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Korean and English
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues appropriately
