Job DescriptionRole Overview
As a People & Culture Executive, you’ll be at the heart of creating a positive and supportive workplace, helping us attract, welcome, and grow the best talent. You’ll provide day-to-day HR support while ensuring our culture and values shine through everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring new team members feel welcomed and set up for success.
Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the hotel.
Coordinate training sessions and learning opportunities to support skill development and career growth.
Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, attendance, benefits, disciplinary actions, etc.).
Provide first-line support for employee relations, responding to questions and escalating issues when needed.
Help organize engagement and recognition activities that build morale and celebrate success.
Assist with performance review processes and feedback sessions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and brand standards.
Contribute to HR reports, audits, and improvement projects as required.
Promote a workplace that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications a plus).
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within hospitality or a service-driven industry.
Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and records management).
Familiarity with UAE labor law and employment regulations (or ability to quickly learn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
