About the role:
The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. The People & Culture Coordinator provides support and clerical expertise to the People & Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you bring:
The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.
Qualifications include:
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task
- Experience working in Human Resources and/or hospitality is preferred but not required
