At Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, the People & Culture Assistant plays a key role in enhancing the overall employee experience by supporting wellbeing, enrichment, and recognition initiatives across the hotel. This position is instrumental in fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated. From onboarding through daily interactions, the People & Culture Assistant helps ensure the employee journey is meaningful and enjoyable.
What You Will Do
Curate and coordinate employee engagement activities, workshops, and skill-building sessions in collaboration with the People & Culture and Learning & Development leadership teams.
Support recruitment and staffing processes in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Assist in the development and implementation of wellness initiatives that promote employees’ physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Coordinate employee birthday celebrations and special events.
Administer employee recognition programs, including awards and appreciation initiatives.
Foster open communication and employee engagement by acting as a liaison between employees and management.
Collaborate with department leaders to organize team-building activities, social events, and community service projects.
Track, monitor, and manage expenses within the assigned budget.
Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide support with additional People & Culture administrative tasks, including payroll support, record-keeping, and reporting, as needed.
Support employee relations initiatives, projects, or events.
Monitor internal People & Culture communication channels, including bulletin boards and internal mail.
Assist with departmental audits, locker checks, and other periodic compliance processes.
What You Bring
College education preferred.
Three months to one year of experience in a related role, either within Four Seasons or another organization.
Proficiency in operating standard computer equipment and systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Schedule & Hours
Full-time position.
Temporary position expected to end on January 31, 2027.
Flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
