Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees.
- Coordinate employee exit clearance by preparing clearance forms and obtaining approvals from relevant departments.
- Submit completed clearance documentation to the P&C team for payroll processing
Office Administration
- Manage pantry inventory and ensure purchases remain within the approved budget.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of pantry areas in both office and warehouse.
- Assist with office housekeeping standards when required.
Learning & Development Support
- Assist in sourcing suitable training programs for employees.
- Coordinate course registrations and training payments.
- Liaise with training providers regarding schedules and logistics.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate and support company events
HR Administration
- Record and maintain employee leave records.
- Generate daily attendance reports.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the P&C department.
- Administrate company insurance scheme and etc
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager or Management that are commensurate with the role.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or a related administrative role is preferred. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, payroll, employee records, recruitment, and leave administration.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and ability to handle multiple HR tasks and deadlines
Skills Required
