Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
We’re looking for a People Coordinator to power the engine behind our People team. This is an operationally critical role that will keep our internal systems running smoothly and unlock capacity for strategic initiatives. You’ll document and maintain core People processes, manage compliance and reporting, and provide first-line employee support—all while helping us scale a people-first culture that supports every Revivn team member.
What You’ll Do- Own and maintain documentation of People team workflows: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, performance, and more
- Support execution of People initiatives including trainings, policy rollouts, and engagement surveys
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as interview scheduling, onboarding/offboarding logistics, and compliance tracking
- Track and report on metrics across People programs—ensure we're hitting targets and staying compliant
- Provide timely, first-line support for employee inquiries, escalating as needed
- Partner cross-functionally with Hiring Managers, IT, and Finance to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Embody and represent our culture—showing up with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset in everything you do

- 2–3 years of experience in People Ops, HR coordination, or administrative support
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a love for process documentation
- Familiar with HR tools (Greenhouse, Lattice, Gusto, Notion) and comfortable with Google Workspace
- Great communicator — warm, clear, and confident in written and verbal comms
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and a knack for prioritizing effectively

The salary range for this role is $65,000–$75,000, based on experience and skills. We’ll discuss compensation openly early in the process to ensure alignment. Our offers are based on internal equity, role expectations, and your ability to grow within the position.
