About the team
You’ll be joining the People team at Careem—an energetic and collaborative group that supports our colleagues across the full employee journey. As an intern, you’ll play a key role in helping the team with daily People Operations tasks while gaining exposure to a wide range of HR activities. We work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and value those who are eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a positive and fun workplace culture. This is a great opportunity to explore how a People team operates at scale and make an impact as we continue to grow.
What you'll do
- Assist with daily People team needs and operations
- Support colleagues with their queries on People-related matters
- Take on new tasks and responsibilities as required, contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives
- Assist in Talent Acquisition tasks
What you'll need
- Saudi national
- Results-driven and proactive mindset with awesome organizing skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and adjust with changing business needs
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Coop training should be a graduation requirement by the university or college.
- GPA of 3.5 and higher
