We're looking for an experienced People Consultant to join our dynamic People & Culture team. You will implement the P&C rhythm of business, providing guidance on employee relations and executing strategic people initiatives. Working with People Business Partners (PBPs) and aligned executives, you will focus on important goals such as employee recognition and rewards, employee engagement and retention, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), performance management, and team and leadership development. Together, we will shape our organization's culture and drive success. Reporting to the Sr. Director, People Business Partner, you'll be responsible for:

  • Partner with HRBPs and managers to address employee relations issues and provide coaching to address behavior and performance areas.
  • Monitor organizational and operational changes within the company to identify potential employee relations risks and develop proactive plans to address them.
  • Analyze diverse people data sets to uncover insights that drive continuous improvements for enhanced organizational effectiveness. Develop employee listening systems, such as exit interviews and pulse surveys, to gather valuable feedback and insights for driving positive change.
  • Collaborate across the P&C team to develop an understanding of the full systems model at Zscaler; identify opportunities for improvement and help scale and transform our function.
  • Manage people projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth implementation by coordinating teams, setting timelines, tracking progress, and communicating updates. Use project management skills to accomplish successful outcomes.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, supporting employee lifecycle processes.
  • Expertise in employee relations.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in successful project management.
  • Proficiency in M365 and G-Suite applications.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$105,000$150,000 USD
