You’ll partner directly with leaders on the ground helping them navigate complexity, lead through change, and build teams that perform.

  • Elevating the employee experience in ways that actually matter

You won’t be doing it alone, you`ll work collaboratively with the wider People Team and have the chance to build strong working relationships along the way!

Who You Are

  • You’ve spent a few years in a People/HR partnering role and know your way around complex environments

  • You’re comfortable with grey areas—and confident making calls when things aren’t black and white

  • You don’t shy away from difficult conversations—you lean into them

  • You balance people and performance without losing sight of either

  • You’re curious, commercial, and always looking for better ways of doing things
