The Role

Position Overview and Objective

This role enhances team efficiency and excellence by supporting transactional processes for the People Partner team.  Will be an integral part of the Human Resources team responsible for partnering with business, employees, and key stakeholders to provide day to day HR support that will help the business execute against desired results.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Partner with the Manager of People on overall HR transactional processes, strategies and projects.

  • Support data management activities within the scope of established procedures. 

  • Create and maintain documentation for internal use related to employment and compliance.

  • Utilize desktop application knowledge to assist other team members with project deliverables.

  • Partner closely with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other internal partners to ensure seamless flow of information and issue identification and resolution.

  • Assist with planning meetings, conferences, and other collaborative or educational events. 

  • Work on employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and employee events spanning the full life employment life cycle. 

  • Assist the Manager People with implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes.

  • Communicate with employees regarding questions using fair and consistent application of policies, practices, and procedures, fostering a work environment of safety and belonging.

  • Partner with HR leadership, front line managers, and employees on delivering proactive solutions.

  • Collaborate and communicate with HR team and other appropriate stakeholders to ensure execution of HR strategies.

  • Effectively partner and collaborate with internal HR teams to create efficiencies, automate, and builds scalable best in class HR solutions for the business.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Master degree in HR

  • 3+ years' prior HR experience in administrative and business support for high performance team. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Travel Requirements

Typically 10% or less business travel required.
