About the role:
Strategic Business Partnership with assigned departments. Providing assistance and guidance using technical and professional skills/knowledge on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practice to deliver a range of people centric services and activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Lead the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of action plans and cross-functional projects related to employee attrition, engagement and performance
● Manage and drive participation in employee feedback program (new hire survey, exit survey, online feedback tool, annual engagement survey) and coordinate with the appropriate parties for action planning and resolution as applicable
● Implement the performance management, recognition and rewards management program; communicate guidelines and timelines; provide guidance and support to leaders, managers and employees on performance, recognition and rewards program administration and queries
● Lead the implementation of employee programs that highlight and reinforce the company's employee value proposition; effectively communicate these programs through available and appropriate channels
● Provide guidance and support to the business leaders and managers on the implementation and communication of employee transfers, promotions and other movements
● Partner with business leaders and managers on the talent review and implementation of development and retention plan for identified key talents
● Collaborate with L&D and the business leaders and managers on the completion of the training and leadership development plan for the business unit
● Draft, enhance and update the HR policies and processes; provide advice and guidance to business leaders, managers and employees on matters related to employment, government and labor laws
● Implement the corrective action program in close coordination with legal; provide guidance and support to leaders, managers and employees regarding the code of conduct and the corrective action process; work with the leaders and managers in creating account-specific policies as applicable
● Handle complex corrective action cases; work with legal in ensuring DOLE compliance and reducing legal risks, represent Probe CX in initial mediation when needed.
● Anticipate and address complex emergent people issues and propose possible solutions and recommendations; handle escalated people issues
● Maintain different networks and identify other sources to benchmark internal HR programs, tools and practices versus those of the market and/or competitor
● Drive the effective completion and implementation of identified HR priorities in the business unit; drive the achievement of critical HR metrics
● Embed diversity, equity and inclusion in the different HR policies, programs and practices
● Partner with regional P&C partners on global strategy
● Analysing, prioritising and responding proactively to business unit needs related to People and providing feedback to management on recommendations for improvement
● Delivering operational support and guidance to business leaders, supervisors & employees on employee relations/counseling, performance management, job design, remuneration and benefits, organisational change management, recruitment, job evaluations, awards, compliance, health & safety, employee development and succession planning
● Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace.
● Actively contribute to Probe’s commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace by taking proactive measures to identify and eliminate harassment in any form.
● Act ethically with integrity, honesty, and trust, to uphold Probe's compliance culture and maintain the highest standards of business conduct.
● Complete all necessary training requirements and professional development opportunities.
● Comply with Probe’s privacy, data protection and information security policies when handling personal data and uphold high standards of data protection, security and fraud prevention in the course of your employment. This extends to being diligent to protect Probe and client data and assets and never sharing passwords, one time passwords (OTP), multi-factor authentication (MFA) with anyone (even colleagues, supervisors or a client), staying alert for suspicious calls, chats or emails asking for account or personal/login information and not clicking on suspicious links.
● Having a responsibility to actively contribute to Probe’s commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace by taking proactive measures to identify and eliminate harassment in any form.
Qualifications:
● Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
● 2+ Years experiences in Business Partner role at Manager level
● 5+ Years relevant experience in generalist human resources
● Experience working directly with clients
● Experience in managing organisational change
● Experience working in a matrix reporting structure is desirable
● Experience working with a range or HR systems is desirable
Other Position Requirements:
● On-site work with some local travel (approx. four times per year)
