- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related fields.
- 5 years of professional experience in HR, particularly in roles such as HR Business Partner (HRPBP) or similar positions.
- Proven track record as an HRPBP with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French, with exceptional written skills in both languages.
- In-depth understanding of employment law in France.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of payroll processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A curious mind with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability and agility in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
