We're looking for a passionate and driven People Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in Lyon, France.
You’ll work closely with our Regional People Manager – Region West and collaborate with a dedicated local team in France (Office Manager and Payroll & HR Specialist), as well as our wider People Team across Europe. With around 150 employees across three offices, your influence will be impacting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
As a People Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy, driving initiatives that matter:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business
- Lead and support key HR functions: payroll, learning & development, compensation & benefits, legal topics, and more
- Own the performance review process and drive organizational change
- Support the integration of a newly acquired company
- Champion employee experience and engagement
- Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone curious, proactive, and eager to grow. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a variety of strategic HR topics and help shape the future of our organization. Upcoming projects in 2026 include:
- Cultural integration following a merger
- Implementation of a new payroll provider
- Alignment of employee benefits across regions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related fields.
- 5 years of professional experience in HR, particularly in roles such as HR Business Partner (HRPBP) or similar positions.
- Proven track record as an HRPBP with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French, with exceptional written skills in both languages.
- In-depth understanding of employment law in France.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of payroll processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A curious mind with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability and agility in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
