We're looking for a passionate and driven People Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in Lyon, France.

You’ll work closely with our Regional People Manager – Region West and collaborate with a dedicated local team in France (Office Manager and Payroll & HR Specialist), as well as our wider People Team across Europe. With around 150 employees across three offices, your influence will be impacting. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a People Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy, driving initiatives that matter:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business
  • Lead and support key HR functions: payroll, learning & development, compensation & benefits, legal topics, and more
  • Own the performance review process and drive organizational change
  • Support the integration of a newly acquired company
  • Champion employee experience and engagement
  • Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related fields.
  • 5 years of professional experience in HR, particularly in roles such as HR Business Partner (HRPBP) or similar positions.
  • Proven track record as an HRPBP with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French, with exceptional written skills in both languages.
  • In-depth understanding of employment law in France.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A curious mind with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability and agility in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
