What you’ll do as a People Business Partner:
Be the strategic commercial people partner for the South Europe region leadership team, shaping and delivering a people plan that is aligned to our growth and performance goals.
Actively work with business leaders to improve performance and team health. Step into conversations where people are central to success, and bring a clear, commercial lens to talent and performance issues.
Build capability & pipeline — own the end-to-end talent agenda, succession, leadership & management development and learning solutions (incl. sales, engineering, operations).
Design & lead change — organisational design, workforce planning, post-merger integration, and geographic expansion; create clarity of structure, roles and decision rights.
Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance to ensure seamless employee experience. Leverage data and insights to guide decisions and measure impact.
You are:
A proven (Senior) HR/People Business Partner in a fast paced, scaling, multicounty environment (matrix / multiple legal entities).
Commercially astute: you read a P&L and KPIs, link people levers to outcomes and prioritise initiatives that move the numbers; you’re execution driven and deliver at pace.
A trusted advisor and influencer: curious, proactive, comfortable challenging (including upwards), and skilled at building healthy stakeholder relationships.
Strong in OD, change and workforce planning: from strategic design to sleeves-rolled-up delivery; able to “chunk up and chunk down.”
Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages: French; Spanish or Italian; willing to travel across the region.
