What You Will Do
- Supports and contributes to strategic conversations with senior leadership, both within and outside his/her respective business
- Leads and implements people and talent strategies for respective businesses (succession planning, talent management etc.)
- Participate in the evaluation of strategies (e.g. determining strategic success, diagnosing failures, strategic adjustments)
