Position Overview 

In order to reinforce our Global HR Team, we are looking for an experienced and driven People Business Partner.   

As People Business Partner, reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be based in our Montreal office or our Wilmington/Philadelphia office and will play a crucial role in driving the People Agenda for your perimeter, supporting teams in Canada, USA and Latin America while bringing your expertise to successfully engage, retain and develop our Talents. 

What You'll Do 
  • You will be the main point of contact for all HR matters in your perimeter and will implement the best HR solutions, in line with the People Strategy and Company objectives. 
  • Provide expertise, operational support and advice to managers in managing their teams, enhancing people management practices and leadership effectiveness through continuous feedback and coaching 
  • Run HR process such as Performance Reviews, People Reviews, Compensation Reviews, Learning & Development plan definition  
  • Support Employees in their development and handle the full employees lifecycle, championing equal opportunity and fair policy application for all employees 
  • Monitor well-being and identify actions to always further improve it 
  • Contribute to C&B analysis for your perimeter, guaranteeing equity and fairness in the decisions 
  • Work on various Local and Global HR projects  
  • Foster collaboration and best practices sharing within the People team 
Your Profile
  • Extensive experience in HR management and coaching managers, preferably in dynamic and fast-growing companies in international and multicultural settings 
  • Strong business acumen and business interest and the ability to leverage data and knowledge of your perimeter to set-up the best People solutions to serve the business strategy 
  • Fluent in French and English. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop solid working connections at all levels of the organization and be recognized as a trusted advisor by your stakeholders 
  • Previous experience in company transformation, project & change management and merger & acquisition is a plus 
  • You have excellent skills on Microsoft Office 
  • Above all, you are truly passionate about People and eager to learn and grow together with a great team spirit

Skills Required
