The People Business Partner (PBP) Consultant serves as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, supporting the execution of talent and people strategies that enable business outcomes. Working closely with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders, this role provides consulting, analytics, and operational support across workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and change initiatives.
The successful candidate combines business curiosity, solid analytical capability, and relationship-building skills to help leaders make data-informed people decisions while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnership and Consulting
    • Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders to understand workforce priorities and translate people needs into actionable solutions
    • Support leadership teams in addressing organizational, talent, and employee experience challenges
    • Build trusted relationships with managers and provide guidance on people programs, policies, and practices
    • Leverage business knowledge and workforce insights to identify opportunities and risks
  • Talent Management and Workforce Planning
    • Support talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and development discussions
    • Assist leaders in identifying critical talent, retention risks, and development opportunities
    • Contribute to workforce planning activities by analyzing workforce trends and informing hiring and capability strategies
    • Support internal mobility, career growth, and talent deployment initiatives
  • Data, Analytics and Insights
    • Analyze workforce metrics and trends related to hiring, attrition, engagement, diversity, performance, and organizational health
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and executive-ready insights to support business decision-making
    • Conduct root-cause analysis and provide recommendations to address workforce challenges
    • Translate data into meaningful business narratives and action plans
  • Organizational Effectiveness
    • Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives
    • Assist in the implementation of people programs that improve team effectiveness and organizational capability
    • Influence adoption of enterprise talent practices and processes
    • Support leaders through periods of growth, transformation, and organizational change
  • Employee Experience and Engagement
    • Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement and action planning
    • Support employee listening initiatives and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Assist in resolving employee concerns through appropriate consultation and escalation
    • Promote an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing culture
  • Program Execution
    • Coordinate and execute enterprise talent programs and People Team initiatives
    • Ensure consistent delivery of annual people processes, including performance, compensation, engagement, and talent planning cycles
    • Facilitate communication, training, and adoption of new programs and initiatives
    • Collaborate across People Team functions to deliver integrated solutions
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 6+ years of HR, HRBP, talent management, organizational development, consulting, or related experience
  • Experience supporting leaders and employees in a dynamic business environment
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce data
  • Proven excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting technology, product, digital, or corporate functions
  • Experience with change management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness practices
  • Proven ability to work in a complex, matrixed, global environment
