As a People Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams. You will combine recruitment administration, onboarding coordination and HR operational support to ensure a smooth employee experience and efficient internal processes.
This is a varied role where you will work closely with recruiters, HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition SupportSupport the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment administration and onboarding activities for Belgium.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, internal transfers, rehires, interns and student workers.
Prepare contracts, addenda and employment administration documents.
Maintain recruitment and employee data across systems such as SuccessFactors, Teamtailor and Usercube.
Manage access requests, user permissions and GDPR-related data checks.
Maintain recruitment documentation, SharePoint pages and internal communications.
Support recruitment marketing activities, newsletters and vacancy communications.
Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team.
Support fleet-related administration and invoicing processes.
Maintain operational HR records and documentation.
Assist with reporting, data processing and invoice follow-up.
Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for operational and administrative HR queries.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Experience with people administration is a strong asset.
Comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools.
Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered a plus.
Strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
