- Collect, review, and audit payroll-related documentation (new hires, compensation changes, bonuses, terminations, statutory leaves)
- Ensure payroll changes are accurately reflected and submitted within required timelines
- Review payroll outputs, identify discrepancies, and support resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide clear, timely support
- Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audit requirements
- Ensure payroll inputs align with employee lifecycle changes
- Process employee changes including hires, promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations
