Job Description

1) Recruitment (60%)

  • Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for worker positions (e.g., production, warehouse, QC, etc.) and ensure the headcounts within budget.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and compliance steps are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct orientation training 
  • Check and input employee data into system to assure the employee information are correctly.
  • Manage exit interview.
  • Prepare and join Job fairs, Careertalk to attract more candidates.
  • Make related monthly report assigned by managers.

2) Admin (40%)

  • Arrange company bus, accommodation, air ticket for staffs, visitors
  • Support on Passport, Visa, Work Permit, TRC for Expats/Staffs
  • Support Expats for documents, housing, claims fee
  • Prepare and submit expense claims - Make payments for vendors
  • Monthly report to senior P&O Manager on activities and admin expenses
  • Other tasks assigned by managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in HR - Admin for manufacturing industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, is essential for clear communication with expats.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
