The People & Culture (P&C) Manager is a department head responsible for leading and shaping the organization’s employee experience and workplace culture. This role drives key people-focused strategies and plays a critical part in supporting operational decision-making within the People and Culture (Human Resources) function.
What you will do
- Assist the Director of People & Culture with all aspects including benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, retention, communication with employees and handling grievances.
- Manage the financial issues for the People and Culture budget including benefits, labor & salary and manpower reports.
- Maintain employee files and records in a detailed manner on paper and in the People and Culture computer system.
- Administer competitive salary structures and handling employee’s health insurance.
What you bring
- We are looking for individuals who have more than 4 years’ experience in same field from 5-star international brand hotel.
- Requires a general working knowledge of Malaysian Labor Laws and Industrial Relations are compulsory.
- Managing payroll and knowledge in Orisoft system would be advantageous
- Interpersonal skill, exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skill.

- This is a full-time position.
The location for this position is Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia. This role is open to candidates of Malaysian nationality only, in line with hiring requirements.
