About the location:

About the role 

We are looking for a passionate People and Culture Intern who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment.  This position reports to our Director of People and Culture. 

What you will do 

Drive a culture of care for all employees, while providing support to the People & Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. 

What you bring 

College education or equivalent experience. 

Prior internship or volunteer experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or administrative support (preferred but not required).  

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Workday is a plus.  

Participation in university clubs, student organizations, or leadership programs with HR-related responsibilities (e.g., organizing events, managing communications).  

Customer service or administrative experience demonstrating strong interpersonal and organizational skills. 

Ability to speak, write, and understand the English language proficiently. 

Excellent communication skills.  

Coaching & problem-solving skills. 

Detail-orientated and accuracy skills.  

Must maintain strict confidentiality of all departmental information, including employee conversations, personal data, and medical records.  

Requires knowledge and the ability to operate computer systems.  

Creative and passionate about projects that will require ingenuity Demonstrate professionalism and care in responding to People & Culture inquiries.  

Work harmoniously and respectfully with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.

Schedule & Hours: 

•    The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
