People and Culture Intern

Hello!  

We are looking for Interns in the People & Culture Team at Encora Mexico.  

Encora in Mexico is a software development company based in Hermosillo, Sonora. It has offices in Mexico City, Chihuahua, San Luis Potosi, and Merida, and many people work remotely from other cities around the country and in the US. Description 

• Position for students only
• Release of practice hours  
• Opportunity to learn, access learning resources and mentoring 
• Location: Preferably living in Mexico City, Chihuahua or Mérida 
• Starting immediately  

Responsibilities 

• Assist in feedback processes 
• Assist in the onboarding process 
• Assist in collecting and processing data 
• Involvement in emerging projects with the team 

Requirements 

•  Must be a student in the second half of studies such as Administration, Psychology, Social Work, economy, industrial engineering or related disciplines. 
• Be available at least 20 hours a week to work on assigned tasks 

• Competent English communication (mostly written) 
• Teamwork skills
