About the role:
 

As one of our three People and Culture Business Partners you’ll provide operational HR support for one of our three regions and identified support and sales functions. You’ll partner with leaders to deliver on the full spectrum of HR practices, from talent management, remuneration and employee engagement to organisational design and change management. 
Key responsibilities:

• day to day contact for manager enquiries including HR general advice and coaching

• partnering with managers to champion best practice people cycle activities

• provide guidance and support on employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinary processes and grievances

• assist with organisational design and change management 

• reporting and associated administrative tasks

This is your chance to influence strategy and support leaders in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Some travel will be required. 

What you’ll bring:

• 5+years’ NZ HR advisory experience ideally in a large organisation

• Proven ability to coach leaders, influence outcomes, and build strong relationships

• Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working with data and metrics

• A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline
