To contribute to the provision of a progressive Human Resources service that satisfies employee perceptions of a leading employer, and the operational requirements of the business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· The ability to maintain the HR System including input, output and report processing. Also to cross-train the middle management about HR processes.
· The ability to maintain details in all aspects of work including, but not limited to, data input and maintenance of records in various areas.
· The ability to generate all required local reports and required by home office.
· The ability to process with payroll cycle and maintain confidential information and to properly document information for payroll and audit purposes, i.e. new hire, personal information, wage changes, termination, promotion, etc.
· The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees.
· The ability to attend and participate in employee functions as expected, representing Human Resources and the Hotel accordingly both on and off hotel property.
· The ability to keep accurate records for national insurance enrollment.
· The ability to provide assistance relating to employee relations such as direct line committee organization, employee communication, events and meetings
· The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office.
· The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
· The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
· The ability to administer and train employees on behalf of Human Resources local labor process and Four Seasons P&C policies.
· The ability to conduct quarterly Visa audits, trace expiration and make corrections.
· The ability to produce the accident report for home office.
· To assist in the administrations of the Employee and Management opinion survey
· To assist the management team with disciplinary issues and process.
· The ability to actively support the Safety and Direct line Committee.
· The ability to administer the employee performance and salary review program.
· The ability to assist in the annual performance review cycle.
· The ability to assist management and line employees with any concerns or questions.
· The ability to administer the Pension Plan and to be the Arbiter for the hotel’s group life scheme.
· The ability to prepare the monthly/quarterly/annual HR dashboard including all critical KPI
· The ability to participate in the rotation of all bulletin board materials.
· The ability to supervise and coordinate with the cafeteria tam to ensure the best quality of food, cleanliness and service.
· The ability to ensure that the employee locker room is clean and orderly.
· The ability to manage of health topics in coordination with the nurse and the house doctor

Skills Required
