JOB OVERVIEW:
The People, Analytics & Technology Leader provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for the People, Analytics & Technology function, including people systems administration, data governance, reporting and analytics, automation, user support and continuous improvement. The role supervises People, Analytics & Technology Analysts, prioritises work allocations, manages issue resolution and system enhancement
activities, partners with People, Culture & Capability and business stakeholders, and ensures the reliability, integrity, security and effective adoption of people technology platforms and analytics across the Group.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, supervise, coach and develop the People, Analytics & Technology Analysts, including work allocation, performance management and capability development.
2. Service Delivery & Operational Management
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery for people technology support, system administration, reporting and analytics.
• Triage and manage complex or escalated system issues, user queries, access concerns and process defects.
3. Systems Strategy, Projects & Continuous Improvement
• Translate business and People, Culture & Capability requirements into system, reporting and automation solutions.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), release planning, change control and stakeholder sign-off.
• Drive the People, Analytics & Technology continuous improvement and automation roadmap.
• Support budget input, resource planning and prioritisation for system enhancements and automation initiatives.
4. Data, Reporting & Governance
• Establish and maintain data governance, privacy, compliance and access controls.
• Oversee the preparation and quality assurance of workforce, recruitment, talent, payroll, benefits and leadership reports and dashboards.
5. Stakeholder, Vendor & Change Management
• Partner with internal stakeholders, IT, vendors and external auditors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, user guides and knowledge resources.
• Plan and coordinate user training, change communications and post-implementation support.
• Manage vendor relationships, enhancement backlogs, service performance and risk escalation.
6. Reporting, Risk & Compliance
• Prepare management updates, project status reports, risk and issue registers, and recommendations for senior leadership.
7. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of People, Analytics & Technology.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, Human Resource Management or a related field
• 2 A’ Levels
• 5 O’ Levels
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in people systems, analytics, reporting, HR operations, technology-enabled service delivery or a related function
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
As a regulated entity with obligations under the Know Your Employee guidelines, a Certificate of Character is required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The People, Analytics & Technology Leader must demonstrate ownership, confidentiality, sound judgement, service orientation and strong team leadership. The role requires the ability to coach Analysts, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, uphold governance standards and drive continuous improvement across people technology and analytics services.
Skills Required

- Experience establishing and maintaining data governance, privacy, compliance and access controls
- Experience managing UAT, release planning, change control and stakeholder sign-off
- Experience with automation roadmaps, process improvement and system enhancement prioritization
- Experience partnering with IT, vendors and auditors and managing vendor relationships and enhancement backlogs
