JOB OVERVIEW:
The People, Analytics & Technology Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, configuration, issue resolution, reporting, data integrity and continuous improvement of the Group’s people technology platforms and analytics processes. The role investigates and analyses system issues, supports users across People, Culture & Capability and the business, develops and maintains reports and dashboards, supports testing and documentation of system changes, and contributes to projects that improve automation,employee experience, compliance and operational efficiency within the People, Culture & Capability function.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. People Systems Support & Issue Resolution
Investigate, analyse and resolve reported People, Analytics & Technology system issues.
Troubleshoot user queries and system errors, escalating where necessary.

2. Reporting, Analytics & Data Management
Create, maintain and execute reports, queries, data extracts and dashboards.
Maintain data accuracy through audits, validations, reconciliations and exception reporting.
Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards and audit evidence.

3. System Administration & Configuration
Support approved configuration updates, workflow changes, security access, forms and data field maintenance.

4. Documentation, Testing & Process Improvement
Document business requirements, process maps, SOPs, user guides and change logs.
Support testing of system enhancements, releases and integrations, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Participate in implementation and optimisation projects for People technology solutions.
Monitor recurring issues and system trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements.

5. User Training & Stakeholder Support
Identify training needs, develop training materials and deliver user support.
Liaise with IT, vendors, auditors and internal stakeholders on system support, access and compliance matters.

6. Governance, Compliance & Confidentiality
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy, governance and access control requirements.

7. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the People, Analytics & Technology Leader or Manager.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, Human Resource Management or a related field
• 2 A’ Levels
• 5 O’ Levels
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting people systems, analytics, reporting, PCC operations or related technology-enabled functions
• Experience preparing reports, maintaining data quality and supporting end users

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
As a regulated entity with obligations under the Know Your Employee guidelines, a Certificate of Character is required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The People, Analytics & Technology Analyst must be able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. The role requires strong confidentiality, data discipline, service orientation, accountability, collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset.


Skills Required
