Our client in the Education & EdTech sector is searching for a People Analytics & Talent Development Specialist based in Dubai.
Use workforce data and organisational insights to improve talent acquisition, learning and employee experience.
- Develop HR dashboards and talent metrics.
- Support competency frameworks and learning needs analysis.
- Evaluate engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate HR projects and communicate findings.
- HR analytics and Excel/BI reporting.
- Understanding of HR processes and confidentiality.
- Survey design and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
- Professional English and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Master's or MBA graduates and early-to-mid-career professionals with the experience described above. Equivalent demonstrable expertise will also be considered.
