We are seeking a talented People Analytics & Learning Administrator who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce management. The role focuses on HR reporting, data analysis, workforce metrics, and supporting HR initiatives with data-driven insights 

Key Responsibilities:

HR Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data
  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management and HR leadership.
  • Monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Support the development and automation of HR reports and dashboards

Learning Administration/Coordination:

  • Track L&D activities (participant records, feedback, attendance, reporting) & Maintain accurate, training status and upcoming certification expiration.
  • Coordinate logistics (timelines, vendors, venues) and liaise with internal teams and external partners
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the L&D function (scheduling, communication, logistics)
  • Handle HR documentation, including contracts, on-boarding paperwork, and employee records
  • Maintain accurate HR and training records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or data analysis.
  • Experience working with HR systems (HRMS) and data reporting tools.
  • Experience in L&D coordination will be considered an asset

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Highly organized and eager to coordinate multiple parallel activities
  • Has a genuine interest in Learning & Development and employee growth
