Joining Collibra’s People Analytics team
Joining Collibra’s People Analytics team means becoming an essential part of a dynamic group that supports Collibra’s varied initiatives through advanced analytics and maintenance of employee-related data. As a People Analytics - Analyst, you will leverage sophisticated analytics techniques and tools to evaluate employee data and generate insights that guide leadership in workforce planning and development. Your role will be pivotal in solving complex People challenges, predicting future workforce needs, and enhancing the overall employee lifecycle. By fortifying a foundation of analytics capabilities and pushing the frontiers of combining analytics with AI, you will ensure that the organization makes data-driven decisions that align with our business goals.
The People Analytics - Analyst will report to the Manager of People Analytics, based in New York, and sit in the People & Places organization. This is a hybrid position based in Prague, Czechia.
People Analytics Analysts at Collibra are responsible for
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to track key People metrics and KPIs
- Maintaining simple data pipelines in Fivetran, DBT/SQL, and Python
- Employing predictive and scenario-based analytics to forecast future workforce trends and needs
- Performing data cleansing and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of People data
- Utilizing Collibra (our own platform!) to maintain proper data governance of People data
- Partnering with Collibra’s Data Office and IT departments to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities and make People data available to the rest of Collibra
- Helping other People teams automate their operations and data solutions
- Assisting in implementing AI tools that support the People & Places and all Collibrians
You have
- At least 1-2 years in an analytics role where you’ve used SQL and a BI tool (Tableau preferred)
- Experience maintaining simple data infrastructure, ideally with SQL or DBT
- Experience conducting analyses with large datasets or datasets from multiple sources
- Experience working with sensitive data and basic knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices
- Experience leveraging AI tools (LLMs or other tools) in your day-to-day job
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
- You must have work authorization to work in Prague, CZ

Measures of success
- Within your first month, you will gain a fundamental understanding of our Tableau reporting and simple data infrastructure and begin to implement incremental improvements
- Within your third month, you will begin creating your own Tableau reporting and owning our data infrastructure
- Within your sixth month, you will begin leading simple projects with stakeholders
