At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and business-oriented People Analytics Analyst to support a fast-paced global organization. This role sits at the intersection of HR, operations, and analytics. You will work with people data across the employee lifecycle, build reports and dashboards, improve reporting processes, and turn analysis into clear recommendations that help leaders make decisions.

The role has two sides worth being upfront about. Most of your time is spent on analytics and reporting, and part of it is hands-on HR operations support alongside our shared services team. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving business problems with data and wants broad exposure across people operations and business analytics.

One thing to expect: you will work with teams across global time zones, so some flexibility for occasional early or late meetings will come up.

How will you make an impact?
  • Own and maintain HR data across systems, keeping it accurate, consistent, and reliable.
  • Manage headcount reporting and analysis, including forecasting, movement, targets, overlaps, and trends.
  • Analyze HR and business metrics to spot patterns, root causes, risks, and opportunities, and translate what you find into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support HR Business Partners and functional leaders with ad hoc data requests and workforce planning inputs.
  • Build, automate, and improve recurring reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to speed up reporting, summarize data, and work more efficiently.
  • Help define KPIs and reporting needs with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, such as quarterly business reviews and employee satisfaction (ESAT) reporting.
  • Support process improvement across HR operations and reporting workflows.
  • Provide day-to-day HR operational support alongside HR shared services, including employee requests, reporting, and system updates.
  • Contribute to HR projects and programs as needed.
Have you got what it takes?Required
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, workforce analytics, or HR operations, ideally in a global organization.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards, preferably in Power BI or a similar BI tool.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with large data sets.
  • Ability to explain HR data clearly to non-technical stakeholders and turn analysis into business recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for data analysis, summarization, or reporting automation.
  • Project management or process improvement experience in an HR operations context.
  • Experience connecting HR data to wider organizational strategy.
