Job Description
Objective :
The People Analytics Analyst will support the team by focusing on routine analytics, creating and enhancing dashboards, and assisting with developing custom solutions for HR challenges. This role involves managing monthly KPIs report processes in a scalable manner across the markets and democratizing data to support data-driven decision-making in HR. It is part of this role to provide "basic as usual" analytics studies for key people metrics (such as Turnover and Diversity), also to assist in creating proactive insights for the business when opportunities are identified. This role will also play a key part in monitoring data quality and supporting training initiatives. The Analyst will collaborate closely with HR players, offering support and guidance on using analytics tools and insights and helping create a data mindset.

Knowledge:
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related fields);
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI, Python, SQL, and Excel;
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools and experience working with HR data systems;
- Experience with routine reporting and analysis of key HR metrics;
- Fluency in English;
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Power Apps;
- Intermediate in Spanish;
- Familiarity with HR KPIs.
