HR Operations Specialist
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for providing detailed transactional and administrative support for processes like payroll data management, benefits administration, talent administration, manage onboarding processes, time & attendance, personnel administration and HR ticket management, including bulk data processing, working under minimal supervision. The role implements standard Master Data changes accurately, ensuring compliance with data privacy and service level requirements, and conducts regular checks to maintain data integrity. The role actively engages in LEAN process improvement activities and manages document flow efficiently to support administrative operations.
Functions as an expert in all aspects of People Solutions & Digitization tasks, provides transactional and administrative services related to in-scope processes such as personnel and payroll data, benefits administration, manage onboarding processes, time & attendance, personnel administration and HR ticket management.
Implements standard master data changes in compliance with data privacy and service level requirements, processing changes in employee status, cost center changes, and pay adjustments with precision and accuracy.
Conducts regular checks on system changes, monitors for discrepancies, identifies points of departure, and executes necessary corrections to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence and digital tools to improve productivity, service quality and operational efficiency.
Supports labor obligations, statutory reporting and payroll compliance requirements.
Manage Vacation Administration, Terminations, Time & Attendance, and Leave of Absence processes, ensuring accurate calculations, labor compliance, process governance, vendor coordination, and SLA adherence.
Works within standard operating procedures, flags needed adaptations based on client feedback, addresses potential process improvement solutions, and ensures that enquiries escalated by the Contact Center are answered and transactional activities are processed in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Solid experience in HR Operations / Personnel Administration / Payroll.
Strong experience with SAP ERP (Personnel Administration and Payroll modules), ADP Global View, experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to improve HR Operations productivity and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Advanced English speaking skills.
Experience supporting multinational or LATAM environments.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
