About the Role
We're looking for a People & Admin Operations Coordinator with a can-do attitude, who is a people person and service and detail oriented, to help run the company's daily operations. This is a hands-on, central role. You'll touch every part of the employee journey, from the first interview to the last day, and you'll be the go-to person for making things happen in the office.
What you'll do
- Manage the full hiring process: post jobs, run phone screens, schedule interviews with managers and keep candidates updated
- Own onboarding and offboarding in BambooHR, including documents, equipment and system access
- Keep employee records, attendance and system permissions accurate and up to date
- Prepare for month-end bookkeeping: Collect vendor invoices & receipts, prepare invoices for our external accounting team
- Track employee expenses, prepare expense reports
- Manage the company's employee experience calendar: events, holidays, team days, monthly happy hours and weekly team lunches
- Keep the office running: supplies inventory, groceries, vendors, fixes, travel coordination and day-to-day logistics
- Take ownership of new admin and people initiatives as the company grows
What we're looking for

- Exceptional organization and attention to detail; you close loops and follow through
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Hebrew and high-level English, written and spoken
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Able to prioritize and manage many tasks in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes
- Ability to use AI to increase efficiency
- A people person who enjoys being the go-to contact for the team
Nice to have
- Administrative or people operations experience, including BambooHR
- Familiarity with Israeli labor law processes (e.g., hearings and terminations)
- Experience in a tech or startup environment
